No. 20 wok is a  large size wok perfect for fried food tha need extra mixing in food and high heat applied to the food, such as chinese fried food, fried vegetable dish.

Recommendation:

1. Before start using, the pan should be heat treated to remove coating oil, then clean by water and start using it.
2. After finishing, just clean with only water (no detergent regquired). The cooking oil will coat the pan to pretect the rust. In few times of use, the pan will be shiny black, which is a perfect anti-rust surface.
