Oven thermometer

Ovens vary in temperature from top to bottom and side to side. The only way to accurate check oven temperature is with an oven thermometer placed alongside the food being roasted.

• Becauce self-cleaming ovens require very high temp for the cleaning operation, always remove the oven therometer first.
• Adjust oven temperature according to thermometer reading.Width 5.7 cm
